  • Home prices are rising steadily in Naperville. Zillow shows the Median home prices is currently around $488,000 — a significant increase of $88,000 from just a few years ago when it was at $400,000. Low inventory and high demand are why.
  • Demand for luxury homes - People are looking to move out of the city of Chicago and to the suburbs as they want larger homes and more of nature. Naperville is in high demand for its lifestyle, shopping, award-winning schools, desirable neighborhoods, and natural setting. It’s also only 40 minutes out of Chicago as well as O’Hare and Midway airports. Naperville boasts a great economy and has several luxury home options.
  • Strong sellers market - With high demand and low inventory, it is a perfect time for Naperville homeowners to sell.  Many people in our community want to downsize, but are reluctant to sell because it is hard to find a new home to match their needs.
